Performance Real Estate Brokerage is the brainchild of Performance Group of Companies. It was the natural evolution for a company already deeply entrenched in the real estate industry.

Having its own brokerage, allowed Performance Group of Companies the opportunity to further leverage its brand and allow its clients to have a one stop shop solution for their real estate needs. Having come into existence in 2017, PREB has organically grown into a recognizable brand amongst independent    brokerages within the city.

Performance’s vision is two-fold. Our vision for our clients is to create personalized success stories for them. Ensuring they make sound decisions that yield the highest returns, whether that be monetary or otherwise.
